My work as a spiritual life coach is about helping you find clarity by being deeply heard. Through intentional listening, intuitive insight, and thoughtful reflection, I help you put words to what you’ve been feeling but haven’t quite been able to grasp. Often, clarity isn’t missing—it’s just unnamed.
I have a gift for shaping the invisible: translating emotions, patterns, and inner truths into language that helps you see yourself clearly and compassionately. Giving form to what feels ungraspable, defining what’s been living between the lines of your experience, and reflecting back your inherent greatness (sometimes with humor, because awakening doesn’t have to be heavy).
Our sessions are collaborative and conversational. We begin with where you are right now—what feels unclear, stuck, or out of flow. From there, I help you shift perspective, dissolve mental knots, and reconnect with your natural rhythm. Together, we explore techniques and insights that support you in returning to—or maintaining—a state of flow, where life feels aligned, purposeful, and alive again.
This is not about being told who you are. It’s about remembering.

Channeling Session
A channeling session with guidance, often in the form of Saint Germain or the Angelic Arcturians. Exploring one or two questions. My guides will work with your guides to bring through exactly what is needed in the moment. Session will begin with a brief conversation of where you are and what is needed at the time. Then a channeling will follow!

What is Channeling?
Channeling is a form of bringing messages from higher self, spirit or guides and teachers into the present moment. It is a co-creation between the channel (human being) and the guide who is coming through (Higher Self, Jesus, Angels, the divine, mother earth etc.). All human beings are natural channels of information and have the ability to channel. Much expression of creativity is inspired by the divine. Inspired to mean “in spirit”. Connecting to these higher beings comes when a being can quiet their mind and listen to the loving messages. These messages can come in thought, feeling or word, idea, image etc. Many famous artists have spoken of how they would wake up from a nap with a song in their head or hear it in a dream. It is quite a natural process for beings who are using their creative facilities.
In the process of opening up to spirit, I always request a message that comes from the highest love and light and ask to release my ideas or thoughts about any particular topic. During the session you may feel calmer or more at peace as the message is being relayed.
